Website terms
Legal draft available in English. Commercial terms require professional review before translation and launch.
Draft reviewed 23 October 2026, with eighteen sections for review. These are not final terms of sale. Like a King Inc has been supplied as the operator name, but registration, address, required contact particulars, target markets and approved transaction policies remain unresolved. Payments are disabled by default.
01 — About this website and draft
GENATSVALE presents clothing and design work informed by Georgian culture for anyone who appreciates it. The website currently supports a shopping preview, including catalog browsing, product comparisons, favourites and a local bag. Design proposals and editorial imagery may be displayed alongside source catalog material. Their presence is not a representation that every garment has been produced, sampled, stocked or approved for sale. Product status and final transaction information must identify what is actually available when sales open.
This document is a detailed draft to make the proposed service reviewable. It does not establish a completed purchase contract, waive a visitor’s mandatory rights or confirm that a legal professional has approved the project. The business must replace unresolved facts, reconcile the text with the actual deployment and approve its final terms before accepting orders. No checkout activation flag or technical integration, by itself, establishes that those commercial and legal steps have been completed.
02 — Operator, developer and contact
The owner has supplied Like a King Inc as the business name and davidio.dev as the developer attribution. The exact registered business style, place of registration, number and physical business address are awaiting confirmation. Do not infer those facts from a domain name, a Georgian brand story or the location of a model, supplier or server. The seller’s identity must be stated clearly before any customer is asked to pay.
A contact form is intended as a convenient customer route. It must be working, monitored and accompanied by the information required for the actual seller and markets. A developer credit is not a support address. Required electronic or physical contact particulars cannot be replaced by an assumption that any form is sufficient. Before trading, the business must explain how to make a product enquiry, request an order correction, raise a complaint and exercise applicable privacy rights.
03 — Browsing, eligibility and installation
No customer account is required to browse the preview. You may select products and languages without representing that you live in a particular country or that delivery is available there. The business has not yet confirmed transaction eligibility rules for age, business purchases or delivery regions. Those rules must be disclosed before they affect a purchase. The project does not introduce a fabricated minimum age or claim that every visitor is eligible to enter a sales contract.
If your browser offers installation, installing the progressive web app provides a different way to open the same website and can enable cached browsing. It is not a separate paid product, subscription or membership. Offline information may be outdated, and an offline bag does not transmit an order. You must reconnect and review current information before an enabled purchase flow can proceed. Browser support and storage availability can affect whether installation or offline pages are offered.
04 — Catalog descriptions and availability
The preview includes information checked against the existing GENATSVALE catalog and separate original collection proposals. Descriptions of material, blank garment, fabric weight, size range, fit, print position and care need to match the final selected fulfillment variant. A supplier’s general catalog listing is not confirmation that a particular colour and size is available for this design or destination. The business must check those details and show meaningful restrictions before offering the garment for purchase.
A cultural category, campaign caption or collection title helps explain a design but does not add an unstated product feature. Claims about origin, sustainability, certifications, scarcity, craftsmanship or performance require appropriate evidence. Printing a design at a facility in one country does not establish where the blank garment was made. If a description or image is inaccurate, the business must assess the error and any affected transaction under applicable law rather than rely on a blanket right to disregard published information.
05 — Campaign images and design proposals
Some editorial campaign visuals were created as design concepts. They communicate the proposed art direction and do not establish a garment’s precise artwork, construction, available colour or fit. Final sellable products must have accurate imagery and specifications that show what the customer can expect to receive. For this brand, a substantial back print may be a primary product feature; it must not be hidden behind an attractive front-only campaign image.
The intended new design direction uses restrained front marks and larger back artwork. A concept mockup, downloadable art file or AI-assisted scene is not proof that the print file is production ready or that a sample passed inspection. Georgian lettering needs competent review for spelling, meaning and shape. Approved photographs should be compared with actual fulfilled samples. The website must keep a clear distinction between an artwork proposal, a print-ready file and a product that is genuinely open for orders.
06 — Prices, taxes and promotions
Preview catalog prices are expressed in US dollars unless a specific display clearly says otherwise. A language change does not automatically convert currency. Final checkout must identify the transaction currency, product subtotal, applicable shipping, tax and any disclosed import-charge treatment before you commit to pay. The payment server uses its own approved price map rather than accepting a price sent by the browser, but that control does not excuse an unclear or misleading price on a product page.
A comparison price, sale label or discount needs a valid factual basis and must follow the rules of the actual market. A proposal price or an inactive payment-system price is not approval to advertise a reduction. No automatic promise of a lowest price, a permanent promotion or an exchange-rate guarantee is made in this draft. If a genuine pricing error affects an order, the business must communicate the issue and apply the relevant customer rights and approved transaction terms.
07 — Colours, measurements and garment care
Use the product-specific measurement and fit information for the selected garment, including whether measurements describe the garment laid flat or the wearer’s body. A chest and length guide for tops does not adequately size a cap, shorts, joggers or swimwear. Proposed sizes must be reconciled with the actual supplier product rather than copied from a different blank. The business must identify relevant production tolerances and give a realistic explanation of an oversized or relaxed fit.
Screens, lighting and image processing can affect colour appearance, but that does not permit the delivered garment to differ materially from its description. Care instructions must come from the actual garment and print process. Customers should retain labels and follow the supplied instructions, while the business must assess any reported defect fairly. A general care paragraph is not a basis to deny every problem after washing, and mandatory rights for a faulty product remain separate from a voluntary change-of-mind return condition.
08 — Favourites, bag and saved information
Favourites and bag selections are stored in this browser for convenience. They do not reserve stock, lock a price, transmit a purchase order or create a payment obligation. Another browser profile or device may show a different set of saved items. Clearing site data can remove the selections. If a product or approved variant changes while an item is saved, the live shopping flow must ask you to review the current information before proceeding.
You should check the selected size, colour, quantity and destination before an enabled checkout is submitted. The interface must provide an opportunity to correct mistakes; a customer cannot be expected to discover an inconsistent variant mapping inside a payment provider’s system. Saving an item or leaving it in a bag is not permission for marketing reminders. Any later abandoned-cart communication would require a separate implemented data flow, appropriate assessment and clear notice rather than an assumption based on local storage.
09 — Ordering and contract formation
Ordering is disabled by default in this build. Before a live order can be offered, the business must approve the exact sellable garments, artwork, variant map, destinations, policy version and fulfillment procedure. The customer-facing flow must explain the steps to place an order, how errors are corrected, what action creates an obligation to pay and when the seller accepts the order. Those points remain unresolved for final terms and must not be invented from the behavior of a preview button.
An enabled service must provide a durable confirmation containing the required transaction information and applicable terms. A support acknowledgement, pending Checkout Session or browser return page is not necessarily that confirmation. The business must define how it handles duplicate submissions, unavailable variants and an order that cannot be fulfilled. It must not retain a customer’s payment indefinitely while treating all orders as nonbinding. Any rejection or cancellation needs the communication, refund and other remedies required for the particular transaction.
10 — Hosted payments and paid notifications
The implemented integration is designed to create Stripe-hosted Checkout Sessions from an approved server-side product and shipping map. It does not ask the storefront to collect full card information. Available payment methods are determined through the payment service and actual account configuration. A payment option displayed in a mockup does not establish that it is available to every customer. Test-mode transactions and sandbox demonstrations do not purchase a garment or verify a live production setup.
The service must verify signed payment notifications and match a paid session to its known order before staging fulfillment. A successful redirect or query parameter alone cannot prove payment. Delayed payment methods can remain unpaid after a checkout interaction; they require the appropriate paid event. The current integration stages a paid order for manual review and does not automatically confirm a Printful purchase. The final live flow must clearly distinguish pending payment, paid order handling, dispatch and any necessary cancellation or refund.
11 — Production and fulfillment partners
The existing brand uses production after ordering, and the redesign is evaluating Printful for fulfillment. A print-on-demand method does not establish that every standard catalog item is legally personalised, that a supplier carries every variant or that a sample has been approved. Production files, placement, colour handling and garment selection must be checked before sale. The business must maintain a practical process for reviewing paid orders and resolving an error before a supplier charge or production confirmation is made.
A fulfillment partner provides services to the merchant; naming that partner does not transfer the merchant’s customer obligations to it. The customer should receive accurate delivery and remedy information from the business responsible for the sale. Supplier claim periods, wallet reimbursements or internal manufacturing decisions cannot automatically replace consumer entitlements. A final operational arrangement must also address the information shared for production and delivery, unavailable products and a replacement that differs from the original garment.
12 — Delivery, destinations and import treatment
The separate shipping and returns draft records the existing store’s published delivery figures as a reference. The redesigned service has not yet approved those figures as new commitments. Supported countries and restrictions must be shown before ordering, with realistic production and transit estimates for the selected garment and destination. Global brand positioning, several interface languages or a campaign photograph in Georgia does not mean worldwide fulfillment or free delivery to every address.
The business must explain tracking, split shipments where relevant, address correction, delays, loss and the handling of customs or import charges. It must have a reasonable basis for its delivery representations and provide appropriate notices and choices if it cannot meet them. A carrier investigation may help establish what happened but does not automatically suspend every remedy. Actual legal rules and the agreed transaction determine responsibility; this draft does not declare that all risk passes to the customer when a parcel is handed to a carrier.
13 — Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
The source store offers a voluntary thirty-day return window for unworn pieces and remedies for faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect items. Carrying that policy into the redesign requires an approved contact process, return destination, budget and refund procedure. A return condition intended for a change of mind must not be applied indiscriminately to a fault. The business must explain the difference and provide a usable process rather than ask customers to interpret a supplier’s internal policy.
Applicable mandatory cancellation and product rights remain relevant even if an item is printed after ordering. Any lawful exception must be assessed for the actual goods and market rather than inferred from the phrase made to order. The final terms need the required cancellation information and form where applicable. This draft does not select a universal no-refund policy, require store credit for every return or make statutory remedies dependent on accepting a replacement chosen by the merchant.
14 — Responsible use and access controls
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s information or attempt to bypass administrative controls. Public catalog and search access does not authorise access to customer messages, payment records, credentials or a founder dashboard. Rate limits and authentication requirements apply to their intended interfaces. Do not represent an automated assistant reply as an instruction from an authorised business administrator or a payment approval.
The business may need to protect the service against genuine abuse, but its response should be proportionate and preserve any existing customer obligations. Suspending an abusive interface request does not erase a paid order or a lawful refund claim. Any terms for public API or MCP access must describe the actual permitted use and limitations of those endpoints. This document does not grant unrestricted scraping rights over third-party photographs, permission to resell customer information or authority to perform purchases on someone else’s behalf.
15 — Artwork, branding and intellectual property
Logos, original artwork, photographs, typefaces, software and other materials may be protected by rights belonging to the business, creators or licensors. Viewing the site does not grant a general commercial licence to print its designs or imply an endorsement. An artwork download must have its own clear permission and intended use before publication; the existence of a downloadable file is not a complete merchandise licence. The business must retain source, licence and release records for the assets it uses.
AI assistance does not automatically establish exclusive copyright or clear third-party rights in an output. Human contribution, source material, trademarks, recognisable people and provider terms require assessment. Cultural references and Georgian lettering must be handled accurately and respectfully without claiming ownership over a culture or ordinary language. A Printful upload or generator’s successful output is not a legal clearance. This draft does not assert that every visible concept has completed a trademark search, rights review or production approval.
16 — Assistant, translations and linked services
The shopping assistant is intended to help discover catalog products. It can be wrong or incomplete and cannot independently confirm stock, create a legal exception, promise delivery, approve a return or accept a purchase. Check the product and approved policy information and use the functioning customer contact route when clarification is needed. Any optional remote model processing must be explained in the privacy notice. A free-model label is not a contractual promise of permanent access or reliable advice.
Language versions are intended to improve access. They require review for material product and legal meaning, particularly where automated administrative translation has been used. This draft does not select an overriding language that removes protections required in a customer’s market. External websites, payment services and production partners operate under their own relevant terms, but those terms do not automatically replace the merchant’s obligations. A linked badge or scanner report is not proof of legal certification, product safety or guaranteed performance.
17 — Changes, availability and consumer protections
The business may improve the interface and correct information, but the final service must preserve the terms and transaction record relevant to an accepted order. A later website edit cannot automatically rewrite an existing customer agreement. Material changes need appropriate dating and communication. Offline copies may take time to update, so current online information must be reviewed before payment. Planned analytics, accounts, subscription services or marketing cannot be treated as already accepted merely because this draft mentions possible future features.
No arbitrary liability cap, blanket indemnity, compulsory arbitration clause or governing law has been selected in this draft. Those provisions require assessment of the confirmed business and markets. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit a business to exclude. Service interruptions, concept status or a third-party provider problem do not by themselves eliminate an existing legal remedy. The final terms should explain concrete procedures and proportionate responsibilities rather than promise immunity from claims.
18 — Complaints, final review and unresolved particulars
Before sales begin, the business must publish its confirmed identity, required address and contact particulars, a monitored complaint route and the practical steps for customer support. The intended form should acknowledge submissions and support a record of the request. Any jurisdiction-specific dispute information must be accurate for the seller and customer relationship. This draft does not invent a court, registration number, regulator, arbitration provider or email address to make an unfinished page appear complete.
The final review must reconcile these terms with the privacy notice, shipping policy, product descriptions, checkout wording and actual operational controls. It must also settle the version date, order acceptance process, applicable market requirements and contact arrangements. The detailed legal readiness document tracks those remaining matters separately. Completing a website, generating a long legal page or passing technical tests does not establish that every legal obligation across this or another project has been satisfied. Each product and deployment needs its own factual review.
