In practice

Roughly one to two weeks door to door for most addresses. Customs can add to that and we cannot predict by how much.

These are estimates, not guarantees. If your order is materially past the window, tell us — we will chase the carrier rather than tell you to keep waiting.

Orders route to a production facility in the United States or the European Union based on your delivery address. You do not choose this and you do not need to: it exists so a customer in Tbilisi is not paying to fly a hoodie across an ocean.

A multi-item order can occasionally be produced in more than one place and arrive in separate parcels. You are never charged twice for that.

Deliveries inside the origin region arrive with nothing further to pay. Deliveries that cross into another customs territory may attract import duty or VAT, collected by the carrier before or on delivery. Those charges are set by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility.

A parcel refused at customs and returned to the facility is refunded less shipping and any duty already incurred.

You get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves the facility, not when the order is placed — so a short quiet period after checkout is production, not a lost order.

Tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will open a carrier investigation. A parcel confirmed lost is replaced or refunded, your choice, and we do not ask you to pay for it.

A parcel marked delivered that you do not have is still worth reporting. Carrier scans are wrong often enough that we treat it as the start of a conversation.

Where a delivery fails because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will resend once you give us a corrected address; reshipping is charged at cost.

Tell us within about two hours of ordering and we can usually still change it. After that the piece is in production with the address already attached, and the returns policy becomes the route.
