Terms of sale

genatsvale.shop is operated by Like A King Inc., a corporation organised in the United States. GENATSVALE is a brand of that company, not a separate legal entity. Your contract of sale is with Like A King Inc., and that is the name that will appear on your card statement and on any refund.

The store is online only. There is no physical shop, no showroom and no phone line — support runs through the contact form, which reaches a person rather than a queue.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and using a payment method you are authorised to use. We do not knowingly sell to children.

Adding a piece to your bag is not an order. Reaching the payment page is not an order. The contract forms when your payment is captured and we send you an order confirmation by email. Until then either side can walk away.

We may decline an order — before or after payment — where a piece is unavailable, where a price or description was wrong, where the delivery address is outside the list on the shipping page, or where the order looks fraudulent. If we decline after taking payment, you are refunded in full and we tell you why.

Nothing is held in stock. Your piece enters production roughly 2–3 business days after checkout and ships from a facility in the United States or the European Union, chosen by proximity to your delivery address.

This has one consequence worth stating plainly: because a piece is manufactured for you specifically, we can only change or cancel an order within about 2 hours of checkout. After that it is in production and the returns policy is the route.

Prices are in US dollars and shown exclusive of tax. Sales tax and VAT are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and added before you pay. Shipping is $5.95, or free on orders of $85 and over.

Import duties on deliveries outside the origin region are not included and are your responsibility as the importer. Your carrier will collect them if they apply. We cannot tell you in advance what they will be — that depends on your country’s rules, not ours.

If a price is listed incorrectly, we will not simply charge you the higher figure. We will contact you, explain, and let you confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link are accepted; which of those you are offered depends on your device and country.

If a chargeback is raised on an order that was delivered as described, we will contest it with the tracking and production record. If something is genuinely wrong with your order, writing to us is faster than a chargeback and always resolves in your favour where the policy applies.

The quoted window is 4–9 business days in transit, after production. That is an estimate, not a guarantee, and it does not include customs delays, which are outside anyone’s control.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is confirmed delivered but you do not have it, tell us within 14 days and we will open a carrier investigation — we do not treat a scan as the end of the conversation.

Unworn, unwashed pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Misprints and manufacturing faults are replaced free with no return required. The full terms, including who pays postage and how refunds are issued, are on the returns page and form part of these terms.

Consumers in the UK and EU keep their statutory cancellation and conformity rights in addition to everything above. Nothing here reduces them.

Colour reproduction varies between screens, and a printed garment is not a colour swatch. Prints are water-based pigment into the fibre, so a small amount of texture and a slightly softer edge than a screen mockup is correct, not a defect.

Measurements in the size table are the garment laid flat, with a tolerance of about 2cm. The cut is deliberately relaxed with a dropped shoulder.

The designs, photography, Georgian typesetting, copy and code on this site belong to Like A King Inc.. You may not reproduce the artwork commercially, print it onto goods, or resell it. Buying a garment buys you the garment.

You may not scrape the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use it to send automated traffic. The concierge chat is for questions about this store.

Where something goes wrong and it is our fault, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If you are a consumer resident in the UK, the EU or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection, you keep the benefit of the mandatory rules of your home country and may bring proceedings there.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the effective date is shown at the top of this page. Material changes do not apply retroactively to orders already made.
